Construction Risk Mitigation, LLC (CRM) provides progress inspection reports on residential, commercial and industrial projects and developments, including additions and rehabilitations. Inspection reports are submitted to the client by e‐mail in PDF format, and each includes as many color photographs as required to show every facet of progress. This allows the customer to receive detailed reports in an expedient manner so that more timely decisions can be made on funding/payment. Since the reports are in PDF, their paperless format saves time and money on faxing/scanning, paper & ink.

Since many financiers/banks use standardized percentage of completion allocations for housing, CRM can certainly adapt to their clients standard percentage of completion breakdown to generate reports if that is what is requested. A customized percentage breakdown on a house can also be created if the construction contract and/or total cost breakdown is provided prior to construction start/first inspection.

Each commercial job is unique and a standard breakdown will not suffice. For commercial inspections, CRM builds each inspection report based upon the customer’s needs. Although it can be minimal in scope, we encourage the client to combine two of the services CRM provides ‐ Progress Inspections and Risk Management ‐ when needing a commercial report. These services will protect the client from the risks not only related to construction progress but also project funding. (See “Risk Management” tab.)
